Upcycled DVF Colorblock Sweater with Tulip Patches – Repaired with Denim Heart, One-of-a-Kind Knit

This one-of-a-kind Diane von Furstenberg colorblock sweater has been lovingly upcycled with embroidered tulip patches to cover a front stain and a sweet blue denim heart appliqué patch over a small sleeve tear.

Made from a bold knit with warm jewel tones—gold, plum, pink, and chocolate—this unique piece celebrates visible mending, sustainable fashion, and joyful color. Each tulip was digitized and stitched by me, giving it an artistic, handmade finish. Soft, cozy, and totally unique.
